I'm so happy that I've finally found a mechanic I can trust!I took my car in for a service and the customer service from these guys are just amazing! They had my car done in less than 2 hours! They even dropped me off at home while they work on my car! Love it!These guys are honest and don't try to rob you! Fantastic service. They booked in quickly and service was completed within a few hours. They gave me a lift home while the car was being serviced and when all was done they even washed the car. I had to return because a light hadn't been fixed and they sorted it out free of charge.

Just had my Ford Ranger serviced at icar an found the guys to be very professional and courteous ,they rang me with the exact amount I had to pay so no surprises at the counter . My Ranger is running perfect now so we are very happy ,we will definitely be return customers as good mechanics who dont rip you off are very hard to come by . Thank you again guys ☺

Thank you so very much to the bosses and staff at iCar Service for doing an amazing job on my Mitsubishi that needed a service badly, I was looking for a new place to go that I can trust, they are very friendly and helpful, there was something I new that needed doing and did not tell them to see if they pick it up and they found the problem and rang me to ask if they can fix it, my husband and I are very happy customer, my car runs amazing, thanks again iCar Service.

Have had a service and another visit to fix a few issues and both times the staff have been reliable and friendly. Both times they produced high quality and reliable work, although there were some slight hiccups along the way they had them resolved quickly and apologetically. Great mechanics who you can trust.

I got lied to about what needed to be done on my car & then you didn't even do the job properly. You replaced the rocker cover when it was only recently done & you didn't do it properly as there was oil leaking from it a mere few days after. They put about 3x as much oil in my engine as they needed to, a mistake that would be made by a child working on a car for the first time. I now have to drain it and clean the mess that it's made. Overall pathetic & a waste of money. They left a pair of pliars just sitting under my hood. This makes me think they didn't even finish the job properly & forgot they were there while they gave up on the shitty job they had already done. I feel robbed and taken advantage of.

My partner put her car in for a general service and they tried to pull $800 on something that did not need to be replaced. If they did there job correctly they would of found that all it was was a flat tire not a full suspension fault. Would not recommend and highly disappointed.

I had a flat tyre recently and was on my way to an appointment. They popped the spare tyre on to get me on my way. I popped back after my appointment to have the repaired tyre put back on. I used icar to buy my new car and trade in my old car. They made the whole process sooo much easier. No running around trying to find the best price or find buyers or dealing with negotiations or haggling. They did this all for me & got me the best prices. On the day I picked up my new car, I literally dropped off my old car and hopped in the new car- it was already all sorted & could not have been any easier.

Honest and reliable, they explain what is going on with your vehicle and whether an issue requires immediate remediation or whether it is a watch and see, no more you spilled a little oil and a mechanic says you need to replace all your hoses.My wife having her radio code recovered during a service is just another example of how these guys pride themselves on going above and beyond.

I was recommended this place from a friend. Turns out they were causing things to go wrong with my car and charging me thousands to ‘fix it’. I had a different mechanic take a look and show me that they had glued a crack together in my coolant system but charged me $2000 to ‘replace’ it. They kept telling me to sell my car, I assume so I didn’t find out. All up I spent nearly $3500 on the same cooling issue just to find out and physically SEE the crack that had been sealed together with glue. Hence why it kept overheating and I’d bring it back in. Really shocking.

Ashleigh De Santis is a car broker at iCar. I recently bought a brand new Toyota Ch-r with Ashleigh as my broker. I could not recommend her highly enough. She worked with the dealers to get me the best price with extra goodies thrown in. Ashleigh handled all the pesky back and forth and I was only needed to confirm details with Ashleigh and to sign paperwork - Ashleigh did the rest...at NO COST to me! It was a time of fragile emotions as I bought the car with my inheritance from my father, and Ashleigh shared the highs and lows with me. I'll always remember Dad when I see my car and I'll always remember the awesome Ashleigh as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ashleigh!!

If you want to be taken for a ride, then this is the place for you!I have contacted icar and given them a chance to redeem themselves via email and they haven't even been kind enough to respond.Last year I was referred to icar by a close family friend, I decided because your location is convenient (walking distance from home) and the recommendation that I would come and give you guys a go - and I would have been a life long customer! Unfortunately my air con had stopped working a few weeks earlier so, I drove my Mazda3 in for some trouble shooting. To my surprise I was told that my compressor would need replacing as the clutch had fallen off into the engine bay. The clutch was handed back to me and I was given a quote to replace the it for approx $1120. I felt that this was excessive so I left and decided to do some homework of my own. I have a close friend who is a retired auto-mechanic and he kindly took a quick look at my car and we discovered that when the clutch was re-attached to the compressor that the air con worked perfectly fine, we would just need to find the bolt to fix it back together.I contacted Mazda and ordered a bolt that cost me $20!!!! My partner then re-attached the clutch with the $20 bolt and my air con has been working perfectly for the last few months obviously saving my young family $1100. How dare you try to take advantage of someone like that!!I may have looked like an easy target as when I arrived to your shop I had my 4 month old baby daughter with me. I feel that you assumed it would be easy to make a "quick buck" from someone who seemed like they were in a vulnerable position. Well luckily for me I'm not just a silly young mum that will take a strangers word for it! I wonder how many more people you've taken advantage of with you complete dishonest way of doing business? I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Companies that try to profit out of dishonesty do NOT deserve to be in business.... It's not good to rip people off and it's left a really bad taste in my mouth, I don't know how you win a customer back after an experience like this or how you regain trust? It's completely disgusting!

The worst experience ever with a mechanic!! Overpriced, charged for work not done, damaged a new belt put on the car that was not needed and that stopped the air conditioning working! Rude, unprofessional, rip off!! Avoid them like the plague.
